These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets and use of businesssummit2026.hsim.in (the "Site"), operated by HSIM India Federation, in collaboration with Serve Vision Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), SCO-112, 2nd Floor, Old Tehsil Market, Karnal – 132001, Haryana. By booking a ticket you agree to these Terms.
1. The event
HSIM Digital Business Summit 2026 is a one-day, in-person event scheduled for 18 July 2026 at Vivaan, Karnal, Haryana. Timings, agenda, speakers and venue details are indicative and may change; we will notify registered attendees of material changes by email or phone.
2. Tickets & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Early-bird tier pricing is limited by seats and changes automatically as seats fill. The price applicable is the one shown at the time of a completed payment.
- The 50% student price applies only when a valid HSIM Student UID is verified at checkout.
- A ticket admits one person and is valid only for this event.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified; your confirmation is sent to the email and phone number provided at checkout.
4. Delivery of tickets
This is a digital service — there is no physical shipment. Your booking confirmation and entry details are delivered electronically (email / phone) after a successful payment, typically immediately and within 24 hours at the latest.
5. Transfers & cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Code of conduct
Attendees agree to behave respectfully. We may refuse entry to or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful, without refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance or inability to attend. Our total liability is limited to the ticket amount paid.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue unavailability.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnal, Haryana.
